Link Socially LLC (“Link Socially,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SEO and AI search visibility services to home builders. This policy explains what information we collect through linksocially.com, how we use it, and what choices you have.

This policy covers this website. Information we handle for clients under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this policy.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to give us:

  • Contact form. Your name, work email address and company, which are required, and any of the optional details you choose to add: your website, phone number, role, number of active communities and markets, when you want to start, the challenges you select, and your message. The form is processed by a small server-side script on our hosting provider and delivered to us by email.
  • Strategy call and consultation bookings. Scheduling is handled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, selected time, and any details you add. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs how it handles that information.
  • Phone calls and email. Anything you tell us directly.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our providers collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Referring URL and the pages you view
  • Dates, times, and time spent on pages
  • Server log data

Form abuse prevention. To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form, we keep a one-way hashed version of the sender’s IP address, not the address itself, for up to 24 hours so we can limit how many submissions are sent in a short time.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. For visitors outside Europe it runs by default, after the page has finished loading, and you can turn it off at any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to turn analytics off. Visitors whose device is set to a European time zone are asked first, and nothing loads until they accept. When analytics is off, the Google tag is not loaded at all. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

Microsoft Clarity. Under the same choice, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through pages, through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and page movement. Anything you type into a form is masked and never recorded. Microsoft handles this information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device.

  • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tell us how visitors find and use the site. They are set only while analytics is on for your browser, as described above.
  • Your privacy choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on every page. Clearing your browser data resets it.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site work.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the information you requested
  • To schedule and conduct consultations
  • To provide, operate, and improve our services
  • To send communications you have asked to receive
  • To understand how the site performs and improve it
  • To protect the site against fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations

Artificial intelligence and automated tools

Our work involves AI and automated analysis tools, and we may use them to analyze website data, research search and AI visibility, and prepare recommendations. Information you submit through this site may be processed using such tools. We do not use the personal information you submit to train publicly available AI models, and we do not submit client confidential information to tools that would use it for model training.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who operate the site and our business — website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and similar functions — and only as needed to perform those functions.
  • Legal authorities where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor entity, if Link Socially is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You will be notified if that occurs.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and consultation information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Hashed IP addresses used to limit form submissions are kept for up to 24 hours. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our analytics platform. Client records are retained as required by our services agreements and applicable law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details above.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected and how we use it
  • Request a copy of that information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though we do not sell or share it
  • Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, email policy@linksocially.com, or use our contact form. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time period required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Marketing communications

If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop by emailing the address above. We will still send you messages related to an active engagement or a request you made.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, and this site does not currently respond to them.

This site links to other websites, including social media platforms, scheduling tools, and mapping services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

Children

This site offers business services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here.
