Let's talk

Talk with a home builder SEO strategist

Tell us about your communities, markets and what is not working in search. You talk directly with Cristobal Varela, the founder, not a sales representative, and the first conversation focuses on whether SEO is the right investment for your situation and where the largest opportunity may be.

Send project details

Share a few details about your communities, markets and what you want to solve. Only your name, work email and company are required; the rest helps make the first conversation more useful. Cristobal Varela reads every message personally.

What do you most want to solve? (optional)

We use these details only to reply to you. See our privacy policy.

If you would rather speak first, call +1 480-790-9091 or book a 30-minute strategy call. Link Socially is based in Phoenix, Arizona, working with builders nationwide.

What happens after you reach out

Every inquiry follows the same three steps, and you talk with the same person at each one.

  1. First conversation

We start with a direct conversation about your markets, communities, current organic performance, internal team and business priorities. The goal is to understand the problem before discussing a solution.
  2. Site and market review

When there appears to be a fit, we review the website and search environment more closely. Depending on the situation, that may include community architecture, non-branded visibility, local search, page competition, technical issues, market demand and current rankings.
  3. Proposal

If there is a clear opportunity and the engagement makes sense for both sides, we define the recommended scope, priorities, responsibilities and investment. The proposal explains what needs to happen first and why.

What to have ready

You do not need to prepare anything formal. It helps to know roughly:

  • How many active communities you have, and which markets you serve
  • Which markets matter most for growth
  • Which platform your website runs on
  • Whether Search Console and analytics access exists
  • Whether SEO is handled internally or by another provider

If you only need a diagnosis that your own team or web vendor will act on, a standalone technical SEO audit may be the right first step.

Questions before you get in touch

Do you work with builders outside Arizona?

Yes. Link Socially is based in Phoenix and works with home builders nationwide. Fit depends on the search opportunity, markets, website structure and ability to implement changes, not on where the builder is located.

What size builder do you work with?

Fit depends more on the opportunity and your capacity to implement changes than on a community count. Link Socially works with single-market builders, regional builders managing many communities, and national builders with in-house marketing teams.

How quickly can we start?

It depends on current capacity and on whether the first step is an audit, a strategy engagement or an ongoing program. Once a proposal is approved, work begins with access to Search Console, analytics and your website platform, so having those ready shortens the start.

Do you offer one-time audits?

Yes. A standalone technical SEO audit fits builders that need a diagnosis and priorities but already have a team or web vendor that can make the fixes. Audits start at $7,500 and are scoped to the number of communities, markets and domains.

What does it cost?

Ongoing SEO engagements start at $3,500 per month, with a six-month initial term and then month to month. A Fractional Head of SEO is $9,000 to $12,000 per month, and one-time technical SEO audits start at $7,500. All tiers and terms are published on the pricing page.
